Spread over 18,000sqft this £8million project in the heart of Soho was a new flagship venue for the team at Mission Mars. The site itself required a huge amount of consideration operationally and also a large building regulations application which I managed. Due to the nature of the building there were several obstacles to overcome both logistically and from a design perspective. Integrating the kitchen into the existing basement along with its associated services proved to be complex. Another challenge we overcame was the introduction of a concealed sprinkler and M&E system into the decorative ceiling of the trade space.
