Rose Room
This existing Grade ll* listed building is an exceptionally beautiful site and has a fabulous restaurant design. I was asked to add to this by fitting out a vacant storage space in the unit to create a flexible private dining space that would allow for both use a single large dining party and also individual afternoon tea covers.
I achieved this by creating a flexible table that can be bolted together to form a large sixteen seater dining table or broken apart to allow for up to twenty two covers on smaller individual tables. The choice of finishes in the space had to reflect the main restaurant while also maintaining an individual style that suited the flexibility of the space. This scheme involved designing several bespoke items, from light fittings to door sets.
