Gusto

During my time at Living Ventures, Gusto undertook refurbishments of several existing units. I headed the design in house for these schemes. In each instance I presented a proposed plan to the Gusto MD and management team for sign off before embarking on a redesign of all aspects of the restaurants. This included renovation of Gusto sites in Knutsford, Heswell and Cheadle Hulme. Each presented its own challenges and tight time frames that needed to be overcome to ensure a cohesive brand design.
